We supply foam, sponge rubber and protective materials used for packaging and protection across a wide range of industries. Our materials are specified to protect products from shock, vibration, abrasion and environmental damage during handling, storage and transportation.
By combining material knowledge with practical design input, we help develop protective solutions that are not only effective, but also efficient and considered in their use of space, weight and durability. Whether the requirement is straightforward transit protection or a more complex, bespoke insert, we focus on delivering packaging that performs reliably and presents products in a professional, well-finished way.
Supporting both one-off and repeat supply requirements, we provide protective components for internal packaging, case inserts and transit protection
Materials We Supply
We supply and convert a range of protective foam in various densities commonly used for packaging and protection applications.
- Cross-linked polyethylene foam (XLPE)
Our most commonly supplied material for packaging and protection applications. This closed-cell foam provides excellent shock absorption, low moisture absorption and good dimensional stability, making it well suited to protective inserts, transit packaging and reusable cases. Available in a range of colours. - Non cross-linked Polyethylene foams
Used where lightweight cushioning and general protection is required, offering good impact resistance and moisture resistance. - Polyurethane foams
Used for cushioning and energy absorption, particularly where protection against impact and vibration is required. Available in a wide range of densities to suit different product weights and fragility levels. - EPDM Sponge Rubber
Used for protective sealing, edge protection and cushioning, particularly where environmental resistance is required. - Neoprene Sponge Rubber
Selected for its durability and resistance to wear, oils and general handling.
