Water Hogs
Water Hogs are large sponges that fit onto machinery which is used to soak water up from pitches such as cricket and football etc.
Water hogs are made from RHF Honeycomb foam due to its "water loving" qualities and its ability to absorb water quickly and also let it out quickly allowing for optimum efficiency of the machine.
Occasionally if the machine is required to go across rough or uneven ground to get to the pitch the foam is then at risk of being damaged from the surface and this will reduce its ability to absorb water as efficiently. To prevent this the foam can be covered in rubber and perforated to avoid any damage occurring and also extend its life.
Water Hogs are attached to rollers by Velcro to ensure an easy application and can be made in all shapes and sizes to match your required specification.
